WELCOME TO THE EXPERIENCE ECONOMY: 84% of customers say that the experience a company provides is as important as its product or services; (IBM, 2020). And while Amazon is a retailer, I like to think of them as an Experience Brand. The experience they offer the customer is unequaled. I was in Boston for the Media Innovation Day to talk about Experience over Things, and deliver key takeaways as Why and How brands should put the customer at the center of what they manufacture or provide.
