And leadership is the ability to influence others to achieve a common goal.

Outstanding leadership unlocks intelligence. Unfocused leadership locks it away.

Wellness

Most leaders only focus on staff wellness and culture. While this is incredibly important, there's much to help the teams learn, grow, and be creative.

(Creative leadership in advertising has always known that for great ideas to prosper, you need a great culture, the right team balance, and a clear structure.)

What do leaders do? What should they do?

Leaders must remember to offer clear direction, organization, accountability, and, above all, trust. It's core to the job.

Leadership and Human Intelligence are closely linked. In a constantly changing world, it is more important than ever for leaders to adapt and find solutions. They need to focus on setting the teams up for success rather than their individual success.

Where have the leaders gone?

There are many reasons for this decline in leadership. One reason is that our society has become increasingly materialistic and individualistic. As a result, people are more concerned with their success than with the wellbeing of others.

Leadership is not about power or prestige but about service and sacrifice.

WELLNESS AND WELLBEING

Most companies focus solely on this area. We build a place where people come to work on a Monday excited and finish the work-week content.

Not once have I mentioned family. Yet, so many companies pride themselves on building a family. And a family does have core Beliefs and clear Belonging. However, when a company is struggling and people are fired, the family no longer exists - and those left behind and still working live in guilt. And that disrupts the entire ecosystem of the company.
